Labec stocks 3 models of smaller economy Laboratory Freezers ranging from 90 litres to fit under the bench up to 300 litres. Labec laboratory freezers are designed for general purpose storage of non-critical products where alarms and monitoring are not generally required. These units are set up as manual defrost.All use CFC Free urethane insulation bonded between painted steel exterior and white moulded plastic "easy clean" interior with curved corners. All models feature self closing solid doors, adjustable open wire white plastic coated full width shelves which are easily removable.  A hermetically sealed manual defrost refrigeration system utilizing CFC-Free refrigerant provides. Power requirements for all models are 10A 240V AC 50Hz power supply. Options Available - voltage fluctuation protection, additional shelving,  lockable doors, fan forced, castors, BMS alarms and audible alarms.If the bench height is not standard, the GLF90 can be customised to a height range of 845mm-880mm at no extra cost.

*manual defrost requires regular defrosting  which must be carried out to maintain temperature uniformity. Long term storage is not possible with manual defrosting, defrosting may be required as often as monthly depending on environmental variables and sample loads. Automatic defrost is  available only on performer range.
