Labec Horizontal Tube Furnaces are manufactured in Australia with highest quality components for laboratory , commercial and research purposes. The exterior is manufactured from stainless steel for easy maintenance and excellent durability, whilst the double skinned construction keeps the exterior cool at high temperatures. The inner material is fibre board and provides excellent thermal stability.

The furnace features light weight ceramic fibre insulation which enables rapid thermal cycling and heating is by electric embedded elements. The Horizontal Tube Furnaces are available in single or multiple heating zones with independent zone control available on each zone. Policeman safety controllers with independent thermocouples can be fitted.  An extensive range of tube diametres are available, ranging from 40mm to 300mm with varying heated length zones available up to 2000mm length. Custom models are available upon request.

Digital microprocessor based PID temperature controllers controls the temperature within the range  ambient +5°C to +1200°C The controller can supplied with RS232/RS458 communication ports which can be connected directly to a data loggers or computers  to collect information. Software is available for programming and monitoring.

To suit your functionality the addition of options such as programmable controllers, timers and cable access ports are also available.
